Finish College

In the next four years, I would like to graduate from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology! Graduation will be in May of 2028.

Internship

While in college, I hope to get accepted for an internship with Human Resource Management or another Human Resources field. This way, my chances of acquiring a job out of college are higher. Through making connections and building work experience, an internship during college is a short-term goal to be completed within the next four years.

Specialize

I would like to chose one aspect of Human Resource Management to specialize in so that I could have more of a straightforward direction when it comes to my career goals. I hope to eventually narrow down the focus of my career and strengthen my skills in that area.

Training & Development Management

Through my research, I discovered one specialization in particular that stood out to me. The training and development managers are specialized managers who oversee every aspect of a human resources department. Training and development interests me because I enjoy teaching people new skills and offering advice for improvement.
