Post-Secondary Plans

Bachelor's of Science in Psychology

For the 2024-2028 school years, I plan to attend the University of Nebraska Omaha and pursue a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. I would like to take business classes toward elective credits for my major (when applicable), and I am planning to minor in Management & Leadership. My career goal would be to get a job in Human Resource Management focusing on training and development for businesses in Nebraska. I think that pursuing such a career will allow me to help create a supportive work environment and assist employees with their needs. I am committed to working hard in school and am seeking additional opportunities that could help make my goals a reality. I also enjoy factoring the way people think into the business field, which is a unique quality I could bring into a workplace. Psychology is an important aspect of business, and I would like to choose this approach towards a career in Human Resources.
